I am a old OM from Donostia - San Sebastian (Spain) EA2HW. Donostia be the capital city of European Culture in 2016, as Riga in this year, 2014. for this reason we are cooperating with the responsible of organizing the event. This year we prepare for next May 24 public exbición of radio ham to be attended by members of the organization. We contacted during the event with CCE 2014, Riga and Umea (Sweden). It is an example of how radio connects different places and cultures.
I tried unsuccessfully to contact with any Riga station to prepare a sketch. For this reason I ask for help for an appointment in SSB between 14:00 and 18:00 hours UTC on 17 0 20 meters (24-may). Prepare time and frequency. Local hams will be very grateful if someone can help us to make the appointment.
